God’s eyes are everywhere

Proverbs, a book that undoubtedly teaches us to reason, think with sanity, talk about morals, but above all be guided by the Word of God. This book also teaches us how God’s eyes are looking at both good and bad, and it is good that we know this, that God’s eyes are on all flesh.

The proverbist taught:

The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

Proverbs 15:3

We all see the evil that is in this world, which is constantly growing, and that makes one think of the natural man or who does not know God or His Word, that God is not looking at any of that. Sometimes we as spiritual ones also ask ourselves the question: Where is God? Even men like Habakkuk asked themselves the same question when they saw how the nation of Judah sinned and did not receive their payment.

The truth is that the eyes of God are everywhere, that He rules on His throne from heaven and judges the sons of men in His time. We have a ruler, and He is present, looking at the good and the bad.

With this verse it is also good to point out that God is looking at all the works we do, that there is nothing that can be hidden from the eyes of God, that no matter how much we think we are doing something wrong in the most hidden place and that no one is seeing, then, right there, the mighty God is watching you.

Oh Lord, You are my law and my guide
God is just and merciful
