God is considered as a supreme being, this is, someone who surpasses in size, power, intelligence to us humans, and is not only considered, rather He is, because for us this is not a myth, invention or fallacy, more well, it’s something real that we talk about and testify about. It is very good that we understand the concept of who God is, because sometimes we only know superficially and not as He really is. When our understanding of God is shallow, our faith becomes fragile; but when our understanding deepens, our trust and worship become stronger and more genuine.
Dear brother, our God is great, powerful, majestic and much more, His attributes transcend the natural, His strength is incomparable, He simply has no rivals, He has no comparisons, there is no one who surpasses Him, there is no one who can do Him the front, there is no one bigger and stronger than Him. That is our God, powerful in battle and immense. His power exceeds the width of the sea, the greatness of the universe, the intelligence of men, science, and even the heavens can not contain Him, Hallelujah! Everything that exists is sustained by His word, and every force in creation depends entirely on Him. Our God is sovereign, eternal, and unchanging.
The psalmist said:
1 Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
Psalm 90:1-2
There are many evangelical lies that are believed today, and one of the most famous is to think that God is God because He has us, and that without us He would be sad and bitter, that without us He could not do powerful works, that is, they paint God as if He depended on us to be God. But that is not so, beloved brother, because as the psalmist says, He is God from before forming the earth and the world, from eternity and before eternity He is God. He does not depend on creation; creation depends entirely on Him. He is the self-existent One, the great I AM, the One whose being is not derived from anything or anyone.
The psalmist recognized this very well, he knew the power of God, how great He is. It is true that it would take us eternity to know God fully and even then we would not reach that full knowledge, but this should not be an excuse to avoid focusing on knowing His attributes. The more we meditate on His holiness, His majesty, His justice, His mercy, and His sovereignty, the more our hearts will bow in reverence and awe. Knowing God is the highest pursuit of the Christian life.
And I believe that through knowing who God is in a biblical way we will live a much better Christian life, because the more we know about Him, then we have more faith and hope. The deeper our understanding of His character, the stronger our confidence becomes in times of trial. When we know that He is eternal, we trust His timing; when we know that He is sovereign, we rest in His plans; when we know that He is almighty, we stop fearing what threatens us. A biblical knowledge of God transforms our worship, strengthens our obedience, deepens our joy, and anchors our soul in unshakable truth.

God is God forever

The biblical teaching about our Sovereign God defines Him as the Creator of all things we can see; and He also made those things which are not still seen by anybody in this world or other worlds.
This is what inspired the people of God who wrote about Him. They said He was from the beginning of times, and they recognized his power and majesty, as recorded in Acts, chapter 4, verse 24:
“And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, you are God, which have made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:”
Some time before this happened, the psalmist inspired by the Spirit expressed:
“Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.”
Psalm 90:1-2
By faith we accept God’s existence, which is denied by unbelievers. But on the last day they shall receive the manifestation of God and his Christ, who was sent to this World to save all who believe in Him as the Son of God. And all unbelievers will be punished for their sins.
But then it will be too late, because now is salvation’s day, while mankind lives here on this earth.
The Bible tells us about God, His power, justice, and mercy upon people who admit their errors and ask Him for pardon—those who ask Him to receive them in his heavenly Home.
By faith in Jesus Christ and his sacrifice on the cross, all people who believe are saved from an eternal damnation, in a terrible place separate of God.
