Being close to the Lord is the best thing that has happened to us, because when we are close to Him we feel more than secure, from Him we receive love, peace, patience, for this it is important that we love the Lord.
I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
Proverbs 8:17
The book of proverbs written by Solomon tells us that we must love the Lord all the time, because if we do not love Him, He will not love us, and that is why we should do it.
It is important that we seek the Lord early, because when we look for Him early, we will find Him early, just as the word “And those who seek me early shall find me”.
How can we show that we love God? Leaving everything we love most, leaving behind everything that prevents us from loving Him, being faithful to Him in all things, following His commandments, walking right before Him.
Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness.
Proverbs 8:18
We can say that the greatest wealth we can have is the love that God has for us, the love of God is infinite, lasting, remains forever, we must treasure this precious love that the Father gives to each one of us.
A person without the true love of God is nothing, because when he is without this love he is empty, without hope, and treats other people without love. No one will give us this perfect love which comes from God.
All that God gives us is lasting, we can see that everything He offers us lasts forever, so much so that take a look the at the great love and dedication with which he made us. Remember that we must love God and seek Him early.
