The Lord is our hope, He is the one who helps us overcome all fear, in Him we hold and do not fall because He is our strong Rock, and if we are holding on to that rock we will not fall, because God Himself will sustain us.
A person without faith and without hope, does not stand on His own, nor will know how to wait because does not yet know what it is to be hopeful. But when we are close to our God, we already have hope, because His own word tells us that only in Him we should trust because He is our hope, who keeps us, cares for us, frees the captive, restores the heart of the afflicted. Truly I call this hope.
In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion.
Psalm 71:1
We must keep in mind that God is our refuge, He will not leave us in shame before those who want to hurt us because He is always attentive to us. He watches over His children, is fair to them and helps them and strengthens them.
But all those who have no hope and who are not fully trusted in Him, for this will be ashamed, mistreated, and humiliated for not believing and trusting, testifying that there is a God in whom we can have confidence.
For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth.
Psalm 71:5
It is good that each day, we rise confidently in the Lord, believing in Him and having faith that He will help us in all difficult moments, because under His wings we are safe, even when we were born and His wings covered us.
By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother’s bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.
Psalm 71:6
It is wonderful to see how God made all things, we can also see how He made the perfect man. Even so, we have sinned, we have failed and He forgives us, that is why all praise, adoration and exaltation must be for Him, because He is worthy of all things, they exist and live through Him.
