All things are possible to that who believeth

Believing in God is not simply saying it out of the mouth, but demonstrating with our heart that we really believe in Him, and that everything will be possible if we trust in God.

Faith is not a phrase we repeat; it is a conviction that is reflected in our actions, decisions, and attitudes. True faith is tested in difficult times. Anyone can say “I believe” when everything is going well, but genuine belief is revealed when the storms come. Believing in God means resting in His promises when circumstances give us no reason to rest, trusting His hand even when we cannot see His plan, and standing firm in the assurance that He is faithful and powerful.

Many people say “I believe” and “everything will be possible,” but when problems and difficulties come to their life, that same person who said “I believe” appears with doubts. And it is as I said before, it is not simply saying it out of the mouth, but acting with our facts having faith that God will do it. Faith must move us to obedience and confidence. It must guide our steps, even when the path looks unclear. Without actions aligned to trust, our words lose weight.

Jesus said unto him, if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Mark 9:23

In the course of Jesus giving His sermons, people came from all over. Some were blind, others were dumb, demon-possessed, lepers, and many suffered from incurable diseases. These people followed the Master because they knew they had a hope of being healed by Jesus. They placed their faith not in themselves, but in the One who had power over sickness, darkness, and death. And that is why they received their miracles—because they had faith in the Lord. Of course, there were many who only wanted the miracle and not the Miracle Worker, but even in those cases Jesus revealed His compassion and power.

Jesus speaks to His disciples telling them that everything will be possible. We know that the disciples, even standing before the Almighty, doubted at times. Even when He rose again, some hesitated. However, this reminds us that doubt is part of the human experience. The important thing is not to remain in doubt but to surrender it to the Lord. Even in our time the same thing happens with people: some believe and others do not, some trust fully while others hesitate. But the promise remains the same—faith unlocks the impossible.

Remember that nothing is impossible for God. Sometimes we ask God for something, but how do we do it? Are we believing when we ask? Because it is not just asking. It is believing in Him who can do everything, knowing that if we ask from the heart, trusting His will, everything will be possible. God does not respond to empty words; He responds to sincere and humble faith.

And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

Mark 9:24

When Jesus came to the demoniac, He told the boy’s father: “If you believe, everything will be possible,” because “all things are possible to him that believeth.” The young man was freed instantly by the power of Christ. The father’s response is powerful and honest: “I believe; help my unbelief.” He admitted his weakness, yet still chose to believe. And Jesus honored that faith. His son was cured of that which tormented him, showing us that God responds even to imperfect faith, as long as it is sincere.

Believe in the Lord, and He will bring liberation to your life—peace, love, healing, and restoration. When you are afflicted, He will give you words of encouragement, and when you are weak, He will be your sustenance. Place your trust in Him and watch Him do what no human can do. Faith in Jesus opens the door to the extraordinary.

The Lord bless you and keep you

  1. All things are possible to that who believe
    ========================

As is said above in the page, it is not enough to say I believe, but it is necessary for us to show it with all our hearts. That was what Philip said to the Ethiopian, a servant of the queen Candace:

“And Philip said, If you believe with all your heart, you may. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” Acts 8:37

If we pray to the Lord, it is necessary to believe the Lord will grant us what we ask, moved by necessity, with tears, in humble heart, like that father who asked the Lord for his child, although it was with little faith. Fighting against his own incredulity, he said:
“Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief” (Mark 9:24)

Another matter is to be sure the Lord can do something for us but we accept that His Will be done. In that case we need to trust the Lord will have mercy on us and will give us consolation, so that we do not fall into despair, but keep on trusting in the love He has for his children.

May our Lord Jesus Christ, in whom we believe, give us those things we need, yes, even before we ask Him.
May He be praised forever from the bottom of our hearts.
