Everything God created is good

Our firm belief is that God is the Creator of all things, but beyond that, we also believe that everything God has created has been good, and over time man has been polluting the environment and destroying nature. Another thing that we firmly believe is that nothing can surpass what God created, since He is the best architect and builder of all time.

The Divine Architecture of the Universe

The complexity of the universe serves as an irrefutable testimony to the existence of a supreme designer. When we look at the cosmos, we do not see chaos; we see a perfectly calibrated system where every element, from the gravitational constant to the distance between the earth and the sun, allows life to flourish. This divine engineering reflects the meticulous nature of a Creator who does not leave anything to chance. Every galaxy, every solar system, and every planet follows a path established by a sovereign will that established the laws of physics before the first light ever shone.

The Perfection of Biological Design

Within our own world, the biological diversity we observe is staggering. The DNA molecule, which contains the instructions for life, is a masterpiece of information storage that no human supercomputer can currently match. The way cellular structures operate with such precision highlights the fact that God is the ultimate scientist. He designed the photosynthesis process in plants to sustain the atmosphere, the migration patterns of birds to maintain ecological balance, and the intricate nervous system of humans to allow for consciousness and relationship with Him. True wisdom begins with acknowledging that these wonders are not the product of a cosmic accident.

We have all read the magnificent book of Genesis or creation and we see how God, by the power of His Word, was creating all things: Animals, trees, constellations, everything that moves and breathes, the heavens, the earth, the waters, the universe itself, everything! and then with His hands He takes from the dust of the earth and creates a doll and with His breath gives it life, this is man. Has there been a man who can do this kind of thing? To God the glory for all generations.

The Power of the Spoken Word of God

The theological concept of “Ex Nihilo” (creation out of nothing) is fundamental to our faith. While human beings require pre-existing materials to build or create, God requires only His voice. The sovereignty of God is displayed when He speaks and reality aligns with His command. This authority demonstrates that the spiritual realm has dominion over the physical realm. When God said, “Let there be light,” He was not just illuminating the physical world, but establishing a fundamental truth about His nature: He is the source of all enlightenment and life.

The Significance of the Sixth Day

The culmination of the creation week was the formation of humanity. This act was distinct from the previous days because it involved a personal touch. While the rest of the world was called into existence, man was formed with divine intimacy. This highlights our unique value in the eyes of the Creator. We are the only part of creation that carries the “Imago Dei” or the Image of God. This status grants us a specific purpose: to reflect His glory and to act as stewards of the magnificent garden He placed us in.

The Bible says:

God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

Genesis 1:31

This verse is very important to support all that has been said in the previous paragraphs and it is good that we understand this to perfection and we can explain it to the world. Everything God has done has been the greatest work of art of all time.

The Concept of “Very Good” in Divine Evaluation

When the Scripture mentions that God saw everything as “very good,” it implies a state of absolute perfection and functional harmony. There was no death, no decay, and no suffering in the original design. The moral excellence of God is mirrored in the purity of His creation. This “very good” state serves as the benchmark for what the world should be. Understanding this perfection helps us recognize the tragedy of the fall and the necessity of divine redemption. The beauty we see today, though marred by sin, is still a powerful whisper of that original Edenic glory.

The Mathematical Precision of Creation

Scientists often marvel at the mathematical language of nature. The Fibonacci sequence in flowers, the geometry of snowflakes, and the orbits of planets all point to a rational Mind. God did not just create a beautiful world; He created a logical world. This allows us to study science as a way of “thinking God’s thoughts after Him.” By exploring the depths of the ocean or the heights of space, we are essentially exploring the infinite intellect of our Maker. Every discovery is an opportunity to offer praise to the Creator.

The psalmist David said:

3 When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,

4 what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?

5 You have made them a little lower than the angels
and crowned them with glory and honor.

Psalm 8:3-5

What are we for God to look at us? We give thanks to God for all His wonders, because we can serve Him every day and give glory only to Him.

The Humble Position of Humanity Before the Stars

David’s reflection in Psalm 8 brings us to a place of profound humility. In the vastness of the universe, a human being seems insignificant. However, the paradox of the Gospel is that the God who names every star also knows the number of hairs on our heads. This personal providence is what separates a cold deism from a vibrant biblical faith. We are not lost in the cosmic ocean; we are beloved children of the King. Our existence is intentional, and our lives have eternal meaning because they are anchored in the love of a God who chose to be mindful of us.

The Responsibility of the Crown of Glory

Being “crowned with glory and honor” is not a call to pride, but a call to faithful stewardship. God has delegated authority to mankind to care for His creation. This dominion mandate means we are responsible for the well-being of the environment, the animals, and our fellow human beings. When we neglect this duty, we fail to represent the character of God. A heart that truly loves the Creator will naturally find a deep respect for the creation. Protecting the world is an act of worship because it honors the work of the Artist’s fingers.

May the Eternal help us to continue understanding His Word and make us capable of understanding all the beauty that He has made in creation.

Creation as a General Revelation

Theologians speak of General Revelation as the way God speaks to all people through nature. No one can claim ignorance of God’s existence because the heavens declare His glory. This silent witness transcends language barriers and cultural differences. Whether a person lives in a bustling city or a remote forest, the evidence of a Creator is always present. The rising of the sun is a daily reminder of God’s faithfulness, and the complexity of a single leaf is a testament to His infinite creativity. Nature is the first missionary sent by God to call the hearts of men back to Him.

The Call to Environmental Restoration

As believers, we should be at the forefront of protecting nature. If we claim to love the Artist, we cannot be indifferent to the destruction of His masterpiece. The pollution of the earth is a physical manifestation of a spiritual disconnect. By advocating for the preservation of ecosystems and the responsible use of resources, we demonstrate a godly lifestyle. Our efforts to clean the waters and protect the forests are small ways of saying “Thank You” to the Lord for the bountiful earth He has provided. Restoration of nature is a shadow of the ultimate restoration that God will perform in the new heavens and the new earth.

The creation of God is not only a display of His unlimited power, but also a revelation of His character, His wisdom, and His love. Every detail in nature speaks of a Creator who delights in beauty and order. From the smallest insect to the grandest mountain, nothing exists by accident. The harmony of the seasons, the precision of the stars, the rhythm of the oceans, and the balance of ecosystems all point to a God who governs with purpose and perfection. The more we contemplate creation, the more our hearts are moved to worship. Even the apostle Paul reminds us that through the things God has made, His eternal power and divine nature are clearly seen. Creation itself becomes a silent preacher, announcing the greatness of the One who said, “Let there be light,” and light appeared out of nothing.

The Spiritual Lessons Within the Natural World

Nature is filled with parables of the Kingdom. The way a seed must die in the ground to produce fruit teaches us about self-sacrifice and resurrection. The eagle that catches the wind currents shows us how to depend on the Holy Spirit. The cycle of rain and harvest reminds us of God’s provision and timing. When we walk through the world with spiritual eyes, every natural event becomes a lesson from the Father. This divine pedagogy is available to everyone who stops long enough to listen to the whispers of the wind and the songs of the birds.

The Balance of Sovereignty and Care

The sovereignty of God ensures that the universe remains stable. He upholds all things by the word of His power. If God were to look away for a single second, the atoms of our bodies would lose their cohesion. This total dependence on God should drive us to a state of constant prayer and gratitude. At the same time, His tender care ensures that our specific needs are met. He provides food for the raven and clothes the lilies of the field; how much more will He provide for those who are called by His name? This balance of immense power and intimate care is the hallmark of the true God.

Yet, despite the magnificence of God’s creation, humanity has often failed to honor the Creator. Instead of stewarding the earth with gratitude, man has misused and damaged what God entrusted to him. Pollution, destruction, and exploitation are signs of a deeper spiritual problem: the failure to recognize that creation belongs to God and not to us. When we lose sight of the Creator, we also lose appreciation for His creation. But when the fear of the Lord governs our hearts, we begin to see the world around us not as a possession, but as a gift—a masterpiece we are called to care for. True worship leads to responsibility, and a heart transformed by God will naturally seek to honor Him not only in word, but also in how we treat the world He made.

Overcoming the Crisis of Disconnection

In the modern era, many have become disconnected from the land. This technological isolation often leads to a spiritual dryness. When we spend our lives surrounded by man-made objects, we forget that we are part of a larger biological and spiritual reality. Reconnecting with nature is a way of reconnecting with our roots as created beings. Taking a moment to walk in the woods or watch a sunset can recalibrate our souls and remind us of our rightful place in the universe. We are guests in God’s world, and our stay here should be marked by reverence and awe.

The Prophetic Vision of a Healed Creation

The Bible promises a time when the groaning of creation will cease. Currently, the earth suffers because of human sin, but a day of complete renewal is coming. The prophets spoke of a time when the wolf will lie down with the lamb and the deserts will bloom. This eschatological hope gives us the strength to keep caring for the world today. We do not work in vain; we work in anticipation of the Final Restoration. Our commitment to nature conservation is a prophetic act that declares our belief in the God who makes all things new.

In all this, the greatest wonder is not simply that God made the universe, but that He cares for us—fragile human beings within that vast creation. The psalmist marveled at this truth, asking, “What is mankind that You are mindful of them?” And yet, God not only remembers us—He loves us, sustains us, and crowns us with honor. Creation testifies to His glory, but redemption testifies to His love. The same God who spoke galaxies into existence also formed us with His hands and breathed life into us. May this truth lead us to deeper reverence, gratitude, and worship. And may the Eternal open our eyes each day to admire His works and glorify His Name through them.

Conclusion: Living as Children of the Creator

Living with the consciousness of a Creator changes everything. It changes how we view ourselves, how we treat others, and how we interact with the environment. We are not the products of a random process; we are the intentional masterpieces of a loving Father. Every breath we take is a gift from His lungs. Every heartbeat is sustained by His will. As we move forward, let us commit to being faithful ambassadors of the Kingdom, reflecting the light of God in a world that often prefers darkness. Let our lives be a continuous hymn of praise to the One who made the stars and still knows our names.

The magnificence of the mountains, the vastness of the seas, and the delicacy of the flowers are all invitations to know Him better. Let us not pass through life blindly, but with open eyes and open hearts. The glory of God is all around us, waiting to be discovered by those who seek Him with all their heart. By honoring the work of His hands, we are truly honoring the Spirit of the Creator. Let us be the generation that restores the beauty of holiness in our relationship with the world He so lovingly crafted for our joy and His eternal glory.

Final Thoughts on Divine Sovereignty

Ultimately, the sovereignty of God over creation is our greatest comfort. No matter how much damage man inflicts, the Lord remains the rightful Owner of the earth. He has the power to heal, to restore, and to sustain. Our duty is to align our lives with His original purpose. By following His Word, we find the path to life and the wisdom to live in harmony with all that He has made. To the King of Kings and the Architect of the Universe be all the honor, now and forevermore. Amen.

Do not repay anyone evil for evil
God has given us eternal life

    ======================
It is ridiculous to think that the Earth was created as a result of a big explosion, a big bang. Theories about the beginning of life on the Earth are kept as something unequivocal, and yet I dare to say they are ridiculous; not because I mean to insult anybody, but to show my regret that men trust in their thoughts, assumptions or scale models rather than believe in the existence of an almighty God who lives for ever, as the Bible tells us.

It is curious, also, that we see people who believe in the portents of scientific men, when for instance, they speak about this enormous number of years that they say the Earth exists.
We must believe their words and they do not believe the account Moses wrote about the whole Creation of the World, as the Bible tells us.

God created the earth and it is of Him, all that He created is good.

“The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
For he has founded it on the seas, and established it on the floods.”
    Psalm 24:1-2
