Having faith is truly a very good and important thing in each of our lives, first because it makes us trust in God, and then because that faith in the Lord enables us to know the will of God in us.
Sometimes we meet people who find it difficult to have faith, and this puts them every day to doubt what the Lord can do in each of their lives, so it is good that every day we ask God to help us to have faith. Faith is not something that is born complete in us; rather, it is strengthened through prayer, through reading the Word, and through the daily experiences in which we see the hand of God working, even when we do not immediately understand His ways.
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1
This is faith, which we believe, even if we see nothing, that if we ask for something, we expect it. God does not lie, He fulfills all that He promises, He is faithful to all of us His children. Faith teaches us to wait with confidence, knowing that God’s timing is perfect and that His answers are always aligned with His eternal purposes, even when they differ from our own expectations.
The faith as we said above is the one that will help us to understand the things of God, sometimes we ask something of the Lord and we do not receive it, because we ask giving orders to God, we should not do it in this way, we should only ask and expect in Him. True faith is humble; it recognizes that God is sovereign and that He knows what is best for us, even when His answer is “wait” or “no.”
Many of those brave men of antiquity trusted God, their faith was so great that they asked and according to the divine will of God they received and were delivered. For example, Daniel was cast into the pit of the lions and was delivered by God because of the great faith of this man. Daniel did not trust in his own strength or wisdom, but in the living God, who honored that trust and manifested His power in a miraculous way.
For by it the elders obtained a good report.
Hebrews 11:2
We also find Joseph the dreamer who also had incredible faith, this man was sold by his brothers and at the same time was thrown into a pit. Despite betrayal, injustice, and years of suffering, Joseph never lost his trust in God. His faith sustained him through adversity and allowed him to see, in the end, that what others intended for evil, God intended for good.
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Hebrews 11:3
Everything was created from what is not seen, so it is good that we have faith and that we trust God fully and ask Him, because if we do not have faith, how are we going to receive from God? Faith reminds us that God works beyond what our eyes can perceive, and that His Word has power to bring life, order, and hope out of nothing. When we live by faith, we learn to rest in God, to trust Him in every circumstance, and to walk confidently knowing that He is always in control.

The power of faith
==============
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1
Thinking of what faith is, we read that it is the substance of something we hope for without seeing it, but we know it will be given to us. By faith we trust in Jesus, our Lord, and wait for Him to fulfill his promises.
The apostle Pal teaches us we must think soberly of ourselves, according to the measure of faith that God has provided or dealt with us. (Romans 12 :3)
So, we understand that faith is given by God to each one in the measure he wants to. That faith is a gift from God.
Studying faith in the Bible, we find that it comes to us by hearing the Word of God. Then if someone wants to receive faith, they need to hear or read the Bible, which is the Word of God. (Romans 10:17)
And now we ought to think about the importance of faith:
In Hebrews 11 we read those events that happened and things achieved by men and women of God by faith.
“For by it the elders obtained a good report.” Hebrews 11:2
Through faith also, we attribute all creation of our Triune God to Him, and believe he was the author of all of it: things that amaze us and move us to love our almighty God.
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” Hebrews 11:3
We love God, who is a Spirit, without seeing Him.
Believers are very blessed people, because we are spiritually transformed by faith; and we long for that day—and wait for it—when the Lord Jesus Christ will come again to take us out of this world, or when our souls will be taken to the Father’s house.
This is the power of faith.
Let’s be grateful to the Lord God, who one day moved us to listen to his Word and receive the faith we need to believe in Jesus Christ our Saviour
