The only one capable of transforming

There are many people with serious personality problems, people who go after the vices and have sought different institutions to change their ways of being in society and simply have not been able. Their relatives have searched for the best specialists and lost fortunes in the attempt and there has been no change whatsoever.

They simply have not been able to change, however much they feel the desire to do so, they simply feel weak and manipulated by their sinful desires. I know that each of us has a story to tell of how Christ has intervened in our lives, to the point that He has transformed us in such a way that we are no longer the same people as before.

There is a passage in the Bible that talks about this:

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

2 Corinthians 5:17

This of the transformation that Christ can make in our lives is something great. I remember that day when Christ called me and I confessed Him as my Savior, that day was the most incredible of my life, because when I finished praying I opened my eyes and literally felt that something in my being was transformed and this was demonstrated from that day, every day God did a great work in my life and continues to do it today.

We all have something to say about how good God has been in our lives. We have not had to invest a fortune in a rehabilitation center to change our personality, but we have clashed with Christ and by colliding with Him we have been transformed, regenerated, born again.

God told the people of Israel:

19 I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.

20 Then they will follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. They will be my people, and I will be their God.

Ezekiel 11:19-20

God is the only one who can transform the heart of a human being, and we give glory to God that this miracle has been produced in each one of us. Sometimes we live waiting for a miracle from God, and this is good, because we highlight how powerful our Creator is, more, we must know that the most powerful miracle has already been produced in us, which is the miracle of salvation.

Dear reader, we have been transformed by Christ, we are new creatures, let us rejoice in our Beloved Creator and give Him glory, because for this we have been called.

Now, when we speak of transformation, we must also understand that it is a continuous process. Christ not only saves us but also works daily in the deepest areas of our character. Many times we believe that change happens instantly, but the Scriptures teach us that God shapes us as a potter shapes clay, slowly, lovingly and intentionally. Every struggle, every temptation and every victory is part of that shaping process that leads us to reflect His image more clearly.

It is also important to remember that transformation is not based on emotions but on the work of the Holy Spirit. Feelings may vary, but the new nature we have received in Christ remains firm. That is why, even when we stumble or feel spiritually weak, we can rise again knowing that God has begun a good work in us and will carry it on to completion. This assurance gives us peace and motivates us to persevere in faith.

In addition, the change that Christ produces has visible fruit. Our way of thinking begins to align with His Word, our decisions begin to reflect obedience, and our relationships begin to show grace, patience and love. People may not understand how someone who once lived trapped in vices, anger or hopelessness now walks in freedom, but this is precisely what glorifies God: that He does what no human effort can achieve.

Finally, transformation also gives us a testimony. Each believer becomes living evidence that God still changes lives. Your story, your process and your growth can encourage others who feel enslaved or without hope. Christ, who transformed you, is the same who can transform anyone who comes to Him. Let us therefore live grateful, firm and joyful in the miracle He has already worked within us.

There is no one righteous, not even one
Are all apostles? Are all prophets?
