Thieves, covetous, drunkards, revilers, extortioners will NOT inherit the kingdom of God

In various articles, we have talked about those who are not under God’s law, those who practice various atrocities and do not repent. These will not be welcome in the kingdom of heaven nor will they inherit the promised land that the Lord has prepared for all those who follow him.

In the biblical verse that we will see in this article, Paul talks about this class of people and what their destiny will be, since in ancient times this type of people also existed, and evil has existed from the beginning, and even times pass and they get harder.

That is why the apostle mentions different types of sin that we see in every nation in the world and this is the sad end of those who practice such things:

Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 6:10

It is good that we are not ignorant of these words spoken by this man of God, the unjust will not inherit the kingdom of God, that is why all of us who are in His ways, we must remain pure and not fall into these dangerous traps that he sets the enemy.

Let us also be clear that chapter 22 of the gospel according to Saint John, in its final verses about this class of people, thieves, drunkards, liars, cursers, or swindlers and fornicators. None of these will inherit the kingdom of God.

Let us remember that to be heirs, we must be clean and pure before the Lord, because if we are like this, then we can inherit the kingdom of heaven from our heavenly father. He seeks these things in your life. God bless you.
