God, you are the shelter of the orphan

Oh, Lord we give glory and honor to You for Your love and great mercy with orphans and people who can not fend for themselves. You are their livelihood and their help, their helper is You my God.

Today we are grateful that You are always aware of each one of those people who, because of the sin of man, have been born that way, and have still suddenly become blind, lame, and other difficulties, but You God, you pity them.

God does as He wants and with whom He wants. God has mercy, but those who cannot fend for themselves are sometimes insulted and mistreated, people don’t show them love, or help them when they ask for food. This should not be so, because if God is merciful to those who can fend for themselves, then we must show that same love for those who cannot fend for themselves.

Thou hast seen it; for thou beholdest mischief and spite, to requite it with thy hand: the poor committeth himself unto thee; thou art the helper of the fatherless.

Psalm 10:14

Sometimes we see people with visual disabilities who want to work and have all the courage in the world to do it, others who cannot walk but look for ways to move to work, and each of these people manage to move forward, God always helps and gives them new strength so that they can achieve it.

God’s reward for each of these people is great for their courage and effort to work. God looks at them day after day, from heaven He is pending to glorify himself greatly.

His reward is greater above all. Let us believe God, He is faithful and His mercy is perfect every day. That is why we give thanks to the Lord. And as it says in the same Bible, that He is our shelter and strength in the midst of tribulation. God will always be our only help.
