The eternal mercy of the Lord

Every day we need to be closer to the Lord, to seek Him at all times, because each time we draw closer and closer to Him, His mercy helps us, because the mercy of God is with those who fear and seek Him.

Living far from God brings spiritual dryness, confusion, and discouragement. But when we remain near to Him, our soul finds strength and hope. Seeking God is not something we should do only in difficult moments; it is a daily discipline that shapes our character, renews our spirit, and keeps us anchored in truth. The more we seek Him, the more aware we become of His presence and His care. His mercy surrounds us, lifts us up, and keeps us firm even when circumstances are not favorable.

It is important for each one of us to seek God, to praise Him, to glorify His holy name for His great mercy towards each one of us. Our worship is a response to His goodness. When we praise God, we recognize His faithfulness and declare that He is worthy of honor. A heart that praises God is a heart that understands that everything we have—life, breath, strength, and hope—comes from His merciful hand.

But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;

Psalm 103:17

Remember that the mercy of God never ends, but remains forever. Human mercy has limits, but God’s mercy does not. It stretches from eternity to eternity. It was present before we were born, remains with us today, and will continue with all future generations who fear His name. His mercy is what helps us every day, sustains us, and frees us from all the adversities that stand before us. When the enemy rises, when the trials come, when difficulties multiply, it is the mercy of God that becomes our shield and our refuge.

His justice is always on all those who serve Him, who seek Him regardless of the difficulties they are facing. We do not serve Him in vain. Every prayer, every act of obedience, every moment of faithfulness is seen by God. He is not unjust to forget our labor or our devotion. He does justice to all His children, He cares for them, and He keeps them from all harm. Those who walk with God will always experience His protection, even when the world around them seems unstable.

To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

Psalm 103:18

God for nothing likes people who do not comply with His words and throw His commandments on the ground. He seeks obedience, sincerity, and a heart that desires to please Him. Everyone who keeps His covenant and everyone who remembers His commandments and puts them into action will obtain mercy. This is why it is good to respect His commandments and stay close to the Lord every day. Obedience opens doors of blessing, strengthens our relationship with God, and allows us to walk under His covering.

The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

Psalm 103:19

Every day we are more than blessed because His mercies are upon us all. God reigns from the heavens, and nothing escapes His sight. His throne is above all kingdoms, all powers, and all authorities. He looks at us from above, and His care embraces each one of His children. We praise His name for His great mercy, because He is a God of compassion, justice, and eternal love. His mercies are not temporary—they extend through all eternity. And as long as we live, we will continue to testify that His mercy never fails.

Those who believe in Jesus Christ are happy people because God has had mercy on them, on us too, and by that we live and will live for ever for Father’s glory. Now we can’t appreciate this blessing nor attach it a great deal of value because we are weak and ungrateful people. Our Lord should have to be very pacient with us.

“But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;”
    Psalm 103:17

The mercy of the Lord is upon them that fear him, that means those that are blessed and loved people, those that look for him because has been touched with the power of the Holy Spirit and have received ears to hear the gospel of Jesus and see the glory of God.
“He that has ears to hear, let him hear.”(Matthew 11:15),
and have repented of their sins, and we all recognize that the Lord God is just and right all over the World upon men’s of children children.

Our lord want us we are holy people wishing to please him by good works which give glory to Him.

May ask the Lord God make us fitted people to make his Will,
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10).

And this is possible because He has poured his eternal mercy on us who have believed in Jesus Christ, the beloved Son of God.
