I trust in God, I will not fear

Trust in God is what helps us each day to remain steadfast, trusting fully in Him, in that He will take care of us and protect us at all times. He will be our shield and strength.

We should not fear anything, because God is with us all the time, He surrounds us at all times, His eyes are on His children and also on everyone who does iniquity.

The Psalmist David in his critical and trial moments looked for the Lord with all his heart, he had no fear of anything that could face him, and this was because God was with him, that’s why we should have our confidence in the Lord of hosts.

in God I trust and am not afraid.
What can man do to me?

Psalm 56:11

If God is with us, then why we must fear?. He is our sustenance, as the Psalmist said in Psalm 23:4

Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

Even if we walk in a dark place, do not be afraid of anything because the Lord will be our guide, help us and enlighten us as we walk, and it is for this reason that we must trust Him and not be afraid of anything.

I am under vows to you, my God;
I will present my thank offerings to you.

Psalm 56:12

Every day we must glorify God, for His wonders, for His kindness to each of His children, for His great mercy, only the Lord can deliver us from the evil ones and from what they want to make to the children of God.

It is important that we do not have fear, but that we trust fully in the Lord, and believe that He will help us, will strengthen us in the most difficult moments of our lives. Just trust Him, do not doubt that God will help you, nor be afraid, because He will be your defense.

Trusting in God is not simply an emotional decision, but a spiritual discipline that is cultivated day by day. When difficulties arise, many people tend to rely on their own strength or seek solutions through human means alone. However, the Scriptures continually remind us that true security is found only in the Lord. The people of God throughout history faced great trials, persecutions, and moments of anguish, yet they overcame because their confidence was placed in the Almighty. This teaches us that faith is not the absence of adversity, but the conviction that God walks with us in every step of the journey. When our heart rests in His promises, fear loses its power and hope becomes our anchor.

There will be seasons in which we will not see immediate answers, and the darkness may seem thick around us, but even then, God’s presence remains unshaken. He continues guiding, comforting, and sustaining His children. The same God who defended David, who strengthened the prophets, and who protected His people in the wilderness is the same God who protects you today. Nothing has changed in His character; His faithfulness endures forever.

For this reason, the believer must constantly remember the works of the Lord. Giving thanks, as the psalmist mentions, strengthens our faith and renews our trust. Gratitude opens our eyes to see God’s hand even in the small details of daily life. When we thank Him, we acknowledge that He has been present, that He has provided, and that He will continue to do so.

In conclusion, trusting God is a walk that requires surrender, patience, and a heart willing to believe even when circumstances seem contrary. But those who trust in the Lord will never be abandoned, for He is our rock, shield, and eternal refuge.
