God is our refuge and strength, He is the one who sustains us and helps us endure trials and even in the most difficult moments He is with us, every day we must be in His presence and cry out to God who is our savior.

The Lord is good with all His servants, He helps them and brings joy to their hearts, which takes away all sorrow that is within them.
