Brothers in Christ, we had already dedicated an article to talk about the time of our Lord is near, and we will talk about it again, that’s why this article has the same title (part 2). These times that we have had to live are very difficult and the day when our Lord appears in heaven is getting closer to fulfill the promise that he will return.
In the book of Revelation we see that John who saw and heard all these faithful and true words, let us remember well that Jesus himself had warned of His coming, and the angel reminded John about the arrival of our Lord. Let’s be prepared.
In the next verse chapter 22 we will see part of the final words of this book, about the return of Jesus and the end times. The wicked will have their reward, the return of Christ will take many by surprise, because they believe that his arrival will not come or will take time, but it is not:
And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
Revelation 22:10
At that moment there will be no time to repent, it will be too late for those who did not wash their clothes, through the centuries this warning has been made, but many are lost in their delights and disordered thoughts, believing that it is not yet time for the return of Christ, and thinking that death is far away, waiting only for the last moment to accept Jesus.
But, blessed are those who washed their clothes to enjoy that great day of redemption, all who are firm on that day will have part and right to the tree of life and will enter through the gates of the new city. These are faithful and true words.
