The Lord’s shield is always with those who are upright in heart, because everyone who walks in integrity before the Lord can count on the Lord’s help.
Walking in integrity before the Lord is what we must do every day, since His word commands us to walk in obedience to God and live in holiness so that one day we can meet with Him.
There is a verse in the book of psalms that tells us about the benefit of walking in integrity before God:
For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
Psalm 84:11
We must always yearn to walk uprightly in the ways of the Lord, and this has its reward, it is not in vain, for we clearly see that the good of God, His sun and His shield will be with those who walk in integrity. Isn’t this something beautiful?
We praise God for this. The favor and mercy of the Lord are with those who walk faithfully in His ways. We encourage you not to stop and keep walking through these wonderful paths of the Lord. Never leave integrity, and the Lord’s care and protection will not depart from you.
