Everyone who does evil will have his reward soon, the day of the Lord’s wrath will come upon those proud and consume them.
The world is full of evil people with thoughts full of atrocities, they do whatever they want, since they say there is no one who can stop them. But all of us who follow God’s justice know that the Lord will come upon them like a fiery furnace and will consume them.
For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
Malachi 4:1
This will be a great and terrifying day for everyone who takes pleasure in doing evil, it will be a day in which they will pay for all the evil done in the course of their lives.
When we read the Bible from the beginning, from when the people of Israel were delivered from the hands of Pharaoh in Egypt, the leaders appointed by the Lord had to battle with various people whose thoughts were evil and that is why God himself sent his punishment.
