If you do not repent, you will all perish equally

We must be clear that walking correctly before the Lord is the best, because if we do not, we will perish. We must separate ourselves from everything that is not right in God’s eyes.

We must consider a true repentance before our God, stop walking according to our own desires, since these own desires are what make us commit so many mistakes in the presence of God, and each one of these actions that we take will end up affecting us in a very devastating way.

Let us not ignore the voice of the Lord that calls us to act upright in His ways, that voice that wants us to distance ourselves from everything that can end our lives.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Luke 13:5 (KJV)

In this scripture from Luke, Jesus uses two disasters as an example to speak to those who were there. He clearly tells them: Do you want to perish like those whose tower fell on Siloam and killed them?

Jesus wanted them to understand that repentance was very important, and that they should get up to speed on repentance.

So, brothers, we must take into account what Jesus is telling us in this scripture from the book of Luke. If we do not repent, then we will perish like those who regrettably a tower fell on them in Siloam and perished.

Seek the good, and not the bad, so that you may live
If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence
