It is more than clear that because of the struggles and adversities that come into our lives, we tend to faint, our lives begin to decline little by little. But something very important that you should know is that God is and will be with you as a mighty giant.
From time to time we suffer various attacks from the enemy, let us remember that our struggles are not carnal, rather against evil spirits sent by Satan to make war on us and make us faint before our God.
That is why brothers and sisters that we must always be firm against all threats, against everything that is against the divine will of our God.
That is why we find some encouraging words, which make us reconsider, continue in battle and not faint at any difficulty:
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
2 Corinthians 4:16 (KJV)
These are words that should encourage us to continue forward in the fight despite the strong attacks we receive from the enemy. Even more, we must remain firm with the help of our God, because this fight is not forever, because the apostle clearly says in verse 17 “is but for a moment”, giving us to understand that this does not compare with the eternity of eternities that we will live next to our Lord Jesus Christ.
“Let’s not faint.” We must always keep these words in our hearts. May we resist the obstacles that may arise in this Way of the Lord. May we endure the trials and afflictions that come into our lives with the Lord’s patience and wisdom, like Paul. Let us ask the Lord to provide us with that patience, strength and wisdom that we need to continue fighting until He comes for His church.
