Doing good to others is part of the good things of a person who has God, and everyone who has God is full of mercy, goodness and love.
The Bible clearly tells us about these people who have in abundance, but who are not humble, and who put their wealth above all else, they forget that one day everything would end.
Something that we must remember that the haughty person, our God sees them from afar, but he who lives humbly, whose heart only thinks about seeking God, that they are not lovers of earthly things and that they only ask God to be able to survive. These people receive great blessings from God.
But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
1 John 3:17 (KJV)
God’s love is not only demonstrated by the mouth, but clearly as the previous verse tells us, we must love with facts, acting when we see a brother in need, that when we see this brother suffering from hunger and we having, how can we not to supply? And it is to these things that John says that we must demonstrate the love of God.
Do not close your heart to the person you see in front of you, who needs your help. God is in heaven and He is seeing what you are doing, that your love grows more and more, that you demonstrate that God’s love is true, that you demonstrate with deeds and joy of the heart. Give with joy from the heart.
