In life we find different types of phrases, many of which make sense and others do not, so it is good to take into account something very important: We must be wise in the ways of the Lord and walk with wise people, because from the wise we will get something good.
The person who practices wisdom only seeks to do things well, practice all that is good, teach those who do not carry this wisdom. That is why the person who walks with a wise person, can also become a wise, because of the good that the other wise person practices, because their companion will learn it and put it into practice.
We can also talk about bad people, that is, those who are foolish, but what do those foolish people do? They do the wrong thing, everything that is disordered in their mind, this they practice. We can also put, for example, those who hang out with fools, they will also do what their companions do, since they have nothing else to do.
He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
Proverbs 13:20 (KJV)
Do not get together with people who you know have bad thoughts, or become companions with them, because from them you will only learn bad and unpleasant things before God. It is better to approach wise people, since from them you will learn wisdom.
Let us be selective in terms of meeting with other people, seeing their good contribution in our lives, because all those who associate with the bad will learn evil from them, and the bad will be broken.
