If I am not firm on the strong rock that is God, what would happen to me?

Sometimes there are bad times and many difficulties in which we must be firm and prepared on the firm rock that is the God of armies.

God is the Rock, our foundation, without this foundation we could be torn down, because Christ is the one who sustains us and helps us to be stronger in His ways. Storms may come, but God will always be there to help us.

Remember that when we are going through those moments, although we feel that God is not there, He is present, because otherwise, our life would have been demolished, but God in His infinite mercy is our shield that protects us in those moments.

The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

Nahum 1:7

It is good to see how the Father day after day has a word of encouragement through the Holy Scriptures. Our God is our strength, which in the day of our anguish restores us.

That is why it is good that every day we fully trust in Him, that He is our Rock, who helps us get ahead. This is what the writer of this book is making clear to us, that we trust in the Lord, and thus His mercy will surround us and help us in all difficult times.

So, if your house is built on the Rock, then don’t be afraid, God is and will be with you, no matter what storm you are going through, God will be your guardian and your strength, believe and trust Him with all your heart.
