God deserves glory above all, every being must bow down and worship His Holy Name forever. Only He is worthy, only He is exalted, and only He possesses all power in heaven and on earth. All beings created by Him praise His power and recognize His eternal supremacy. When we contemplate the heavens, the works of His fingers, or the beauty of creation around us, we can clearly see that everything exists to proclaim His greatness. Nothing in the entire cosmos would exist without His sovereign will, and for that reason alone, every creature is called to lift its voice in worship to the Lord of lords and King of kings.
Let us give thanks for His mercy and His goodness, for His love that sustains us daily. Our God is sublime and powerful, slow to anger and great in mercy, and His works are good for each one of us. When we meditate on His deeds—His creation, His provision, His forgiveness, and His eternal promises—our hearts cannot remain silent. Let us exalt His name forever and ever, for He has dealt with us not according to our sins but according to His abundant grace. Every breath we take and every step we make is a testimony of His faithfulness.
Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.
1 Chronicles 29:11
In the previous verse we see how powerfully the Scriptures speak of our God. David lifts this prayer before the assembly acknowledging that everything, absolutely everything, belongs to the Lord. These words are not poetic exaggeration but a declaration of truth: God reigns over the visible and the invisible, over kingdoms and nations, over stars and galaxies, over time and eternity. This verse is one of the clearest proclamations in the Bible of the authority and majesty of God, giving glory, praise, and honor to the one and only God. For every being created by Him should praise and bless His Holy Name. Let us never forget that power belongs to God.
God is glory and power, and His majesty endures from generation to generation. He is worthy of praising and glorifying forever. No matter the age, culture, or nation, the empire and majesty belong to Him. He does not change with the passing years; His throne is unshakable, His dominion eternal, and His glory incomparable. All the honor that men often seek for themselves belongs to Him alone. Every crown must be laid at His feet, every triumph attributed to His grace, and every praise must rise to His throne.
God deserves all the glory above all, and nothing and no one can prevent us from praising Him. But if something tries to hinder us—trials, afflictions, worries, or spiritual battles—let us move forward, remembering that God is with us. He has control of everything, even the situations that seem chaotic or impossible. Even if we are lying on the ground, praise. Even if we cannot get up, praise. Even if we lose everything we once held dear, praise. Praise and worship with all your heart, for worship is not dependent on circumstances but on who God is.
Let no one silence your praise. Let no hardship steal the worship that belongs to your Creator. Let no trial make you forget the greatness of His Name. The Scriptures teach us that if we remain silent, the stones themselves would cry out. This is how worthy our God is—worthy of eternal adoration, worthy of perpetual praise, worthy of all our strength, emotions, and devotion.
That no one prevents us from giving our best to God. He deserves it. Only God, to Him be glory, power, dominion, and empire forever and ever. Amen.
