Let us cry out to God even if we think that He is not listening to us, even if we think God is not there, He will still be our hope.
We only pray with the heart, confident that He is listening to us, will help us and will come in our help. Prayer is not a mechanical act nor a routine of repeated words, but an expression of trust that is born from the depths of our soul. When we cry out to God sincerely, even in silence, He knows our thoughts and understands what we cannot put into words.
Let’s stay firm and forward because God is always with us. As much as we don’t see Him, He is around us helping us. Do not faint, do not despair, no process can take away what we have from God. Faith is often tested precisely in moments when everything seems dark and confusing. However, it is in those moments that our trust matures and our relationship with God becomes deeper and more real.
Let’s not get tired of asking God, and ask with your heart. Do not believe that God does not listen to you, He does listen to you, what happens is that when God has a purpose with us, He allows that burden that you can carry to teach you how to walk in His ways. God does not ignore our cries; rather, He works through the waiting, shaping our character and teaching us perseverance, humility, and dependence on Him.
1 Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.
2 Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.Psalm 130:1-2
The writer of this psalm made this plea for the Lord never to abandon him, but to help him because every day his adversaries multiplied. This man made this cry from the bottom of his heart, but he also asked God to hear his cry. The expression “out of the depths” shows that he was not praying from a place of comfort, but from a place of pain, fear, and desperation, trusting that God alone could rescue him.
Sometimes difficulties make us despair and ask God not to respond immediately, and we want to feel that He is close to us, but we doubt that and this is caused by the same trials that attack us every day, and that is why the this psalm’s writer makes this cry to God. Trials can cloud our vision and make us feel abandoned, but feelings are not always a reflection of reality. God remains faithful even when our emotions tell us otherwise.
In many moments of life, silence from God is not rejection, but preparation. He is teaching us to trust without seeing, to believe without immediate answers, and to rest in His promises. Through these processes, God strengthens our faith so that it will not depend on circumstances but on His unchanging character.
Let’s not forget that God is closer than we imagine. Sometimes He allows certain trials to glorify Himself greatly. So just cry out to Him and He will bow your ears to your prayers and help you. When we persist in prayer, even in weakness, we demonstrate that our hope is not in our strength but in His mercy.
Therefore, let us continue crying out to God with confidence, knowing that every prayer reaches His presence. Even if the answer does not come as we expect or in the time we desire, God is always working for our good. Our responsibility is to remain firm, faithful, and trusting, knowing that our cries are never in vain before the Lord.
