It is very remarkable when we seek God, because everyone who seeks the Lord finds Him. This is a spiritual principle deeply rooted in Scripture: God does not hide Himself from the humble, from the broken, or from the one who seeks Him with sincerity. But if you do not look for Him, you will not find Him. Not because God is distant, but because the human heart—when distracted, proud, or self-sufficient—closes its own eyes to the One who is always near. God is always around us, waiting for us to humble ourselves before Him with all our hearts. He is closer than we imagine, listening, watching, and calling us gently to return to Him.
When we make the decision to seek God intentionally, our lives begin to change. Something supernatural happens within us: the heart softens, the mind clears, and our desires align little by little with His will. We are no longer the same as we were before, and it is not because of our own strength, effort, or discipline, but because God Himself enters our hearts and transforms them. He opens our eyes so that we may see what we never saw before; He makes us understand that we could be different, renewed, strengthened, and full of peace. Seeking God is not a religious act—it is an encounter with the One who restores the soul.
I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears.Psalm 34:4
This verse is a powerful testimony of the psalmist David, but it is also a promise for every believer. God helps us every day to overcome our fears—not some of them, but all of them—because He is the Almighty God. He fights battles we cannot see, He supports us when our knees tremble, and He keeps us firm on the battlefield so that we may overcome all powers in His name. Fear loses its strength when we seek God. Darkness loses its voice when we draw near to the Light. Anxiety disappears when we place our trust in the One who sustains the universe.
Without God we are nothing, but when we seek Him, everything changes. The enemy will always try to frighten us, to intimidate us, and to whisper doubts, because fear is one of his most used weapons. He wants to see us paralyzed, discouraged, and overwhelmed. But fear only reigns when we stop seeking God. Fear grows when we distance ourselves from the One who can silence every storm. When we distrust God or forget His promises, fear takes advantage of that empty space. But when we return to Him—when we pray, worship, and cling to His Word—fear dissolves like mist in the morning sun.
They looked to Him and were radiant,
And their faces were not ashamed.Psalm 34:5
Those who look to God are radiant. This radiance is not physical beauty, but spiritual confidence. It is the glow of a heart that trusts. Something very important we must remember is that we should always look to God: in difficulties, in moments of battle, in moments of confusion, and even in times of abundance. Many only seek God when they are in need, but the mature believer knows that God must be sought constantly. He does not leave us in any of those moments—He sustains us, strengthens us, guides us, and encourages us. When our eyes are fixed on Him, shame disappears and hope rises.
This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him,
And saved him out of all his troubles.Psalm 34:6
God listens. He always listens. It is important that we cry out to God—not with empty words but with sincerity, humility, and dependence. The Lord does not reject the prayers of His children. He hears the broken, He hears the afflicted, He hears the desperate, and He hears the one who cannot even find the right words. Not only does He listen, but He delivers us from trouble. He rescues us, lifts us up, and illuminates our path so that we may walk securely. Trust in the Lord, cry out to Him, and you will not be ashamed. Those who seek Him with all their hearts will always find His help at the perfect time.

I looked for the Lord, and He heard me
=====================
The experience of many people in the Bible about the help the Lord God gives to his children is manifested especially in the book of Psalms. It is true that the Lord is merciful for ever and he does not leave those that cry out to Him at the time of need.
“This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him,
And saved him out of all his troubles.” Psalm 34:6
Really our God is good and he wants to hear us every day of our lives here; but he shows his favor especially to us if we cry out to him in our troubles, trusting Him without doubt, in faith and submission waiting for Him, but wishing his Holy Will may be done.
In a desperate world, full of problems and disgrace, it is nice to find someone who has power to remedy our needs. This one is the Lord God, that is almighty to solve any thing we may go through. And there is something which is better: he loves us…
May his name be blessed for ever. We address our prayer to him in the name of Jesus Christ, Am
Amen.
AMEN.
