Do this prayer when you are afflicted

It is normal to go through afflictions and dense darkness that leads us to be tired and burdened, it is also normal to cry at those times, which we think we will never leave them, however, we must understand that if we are in the Lord’s powerful hands, nothing can be difficult enough to make our faith faint.

We learn in the Bible from countless men and women that by faith God gave them the victory to overcome their worst fears or their worst enemies, God never abandoned any of them and we have that faithful promise that Jesus would be with us until the end:

Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Matthew 28:20

Are you very distressed today, so that you feel imprisoned and feel that this time you will not be able to get out of this situation? I remind you that Christ has promised to be with you every day until the end, is there better company than that? We can not be in better hands than in those of our Beloved and Lord Jesus Christ, in Him we are safe and we can rest even in the saddest scene of our lives.

On one occasion the psalmist prayed in the midst of his affliction and this day we ask you to accompany the psalmist to say these beautiful words to our Lord Jesus Christ:

1 O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your anger,
Nor chasten me in Your hot displeasure.

2 Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak;
O Lord, heal me, for my bones are troubled.

3 My soul also is greatly troubled;
But You, O Lord—how long?

4 Return, O Lord, deliver me!
Oh, save me for Your mercies’ sake!

5 For in death there is no remembrance of You;
In the grave who will give You thanks?

6 I am weary with my groaning;
[b]All night I make my bed swim;
I drench my couch with my tears.

7 My eye wastes away because of grief;
It grows old because of all my enemies.

8 Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity;
For the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping.

9 The Lord has heard my supplication;
The Lord will receive my prayer.

10 Let all my enemies be ashamed and greatly troubled;
Let them turn back and be ashamed suddenly.

Psalm 6:1-10

It is important that we have done this prayer with faith, remember that certainly the Lord is not far from us, because we live in Him and He dwells in us.

Let nothing weaken our faith, because those afflictions that we are going through today are to make our faith more precious than gold.

...
Those who sow with tears will rejoice
Defeating the giant that makes you war!

Therapien in Psychiatrie… Ohne Jesus scheint alles hoffnungslos…er leidet sehr und sucht Jesus! Seit Kindheit ein schweres Kapitel. 2 Geschwister: Stephan (er hat den Weg mit Jesus auch verloren), Myriam.
    Gott segne Sie reich!!
