God will keep you from the enemy

If we are in the hands of God, then we should not be afraid of anything, because if God is with us, who is against us? He covers us from all the wiles of the evil one, from the adversities that come into our lives every day.

The whole human being must have all his trust deposited in the Lord, because God has control of all things, He is the one who knows everything about us. A person without God is totally lost, because separated from Him, we can do nothing.

They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.

Psalm 119:150

Anyone who departs from the law of God is because he has already been deceived by the enemy, and this is all that the enemy seeks, that the human being stop trusting in God, that they stop walking under the law of God to so you he use them as a puppet.

The writer of this Psalm lets us understand that those people who persecuted him because they had turned away from the law of the Lord, and they became people who like to do evil towards others.

Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy commandments are truth.

Psalm 119:151

But the most important thing is not to fear the enemy, but to fear the one who has created all things, the king of kings and lord of lords, invincible, admirable, sublime, powerful, majestic, sovereign God, this is really who we must fear.

Let us not lose our trust in God, let us remain in His law day by day, because if we turn away from the law of the Lord, we can suffer greatly, because this is the moment the enemy expects to attack us.

When we meditate on the nearness of God, as the psalmist expresses in this portion of Psalm 119, we are reminded that His presence is not a distant theological idea but a living and active reality. God is near to sustain, near to defend, near to strengthen, and near to listen. The enemy may rise with cunning strategies, but none of them can compare to the power of the One who guards our souls. Our security does not come from our ability, nor from our own righteousness, but from the faithful character of the Lord who promised to be our refuge in times of anguish. This truth should bring peace to our hearts, especially when we feel surrounded by pressures, temptations, and spiritual battles.

Moreover, it is essential that we learn to walk each day with the conviction that God governs every detail of our lives. Nothing escapes His sovereign gaze, nothing surprises Him, and nothing can hinder His purposes for His children. The psalmist knew that those who persecuted him were far from God’s law, but he also knew that the Lord was closer than any enemy could ever approach. That same assurance belongs to us today. Even when circumstances seem dark, even when the adversary whispers lies to weaken our faith, we must cling to the unchangeable truth: God is near, and His commandments are truth. When we anchor ourselves in that truth, our steps become firm and our hearts become brave.

For this reason, dear reader, let us cultivate a heart that remains in the Word day after day. The more we meditate on the Scriptures, the less room we give the enemy to plant fear or confusion. The Word strengthens us, enlightens us, and reminds us who we belong to. And when trials come—because they will come—we will stand firm, not in our own strength, but in the strength of Him who promised never to forsake us. Let us walk confidently under the shadow of His wings, trusting that the God who is near will finish the perfect work He began in us.
