Today we see that people have more love for money than for God, remember that the love of money is the root of all evil, but it is good that we understand that all these things will pass.
In the book of Ecclesiastes we see that Solomon exhorts on vanities, saying that everything is vanity and that everything that is under the sun is vanity, leaving us told that all this will pass, and that is why we should not love more material than to God.
No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.
Jesus exhorted on riches by saying that no man could serve two masters at the same time, how can we interpret these words spoken by the Lord? He taught people that riches could cause a division or become a god.
God an riches
It is a very important theme for people of God, so I agree to this comment and I want to take it as it was from myself…
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
1 Timothy 6:10
And it is for this reason that Jesus says that no one can serve two masters at the same time, because he will love one and hate the other, this is very true, because we have to choose which one to serve, but we know that behind all these things that are vanity and that are transient that have blind man is satan, which provides everything so that man can not serve God, so that he deviates after the vain things of this world.
May the Lord God give us light and wisdom so that we do not turn away of the best way
