The righteous judgment of the Lord

Many times when we hear the word “judgment” it causes us fright, because we see it as synonymous with destruction, but, we should not see it from that simple point, since this is an attribute of God, our Creator judges all nations, since unlike our earthly rulers, He does it with righteous judgment and the angels of heaven rejoice in it and we too must do it.

The psalmist said:

7 But I, by your great love, can come into your house; in reverence I bow down toward your holy temple.

8 Lead me, Lord, in your righteousness because of my enemies— make your way straight before me.

9 Not a word from their mouth can be trusted; their heart is filled with malice. Their throat is an open grave;
with their tongues they tell lies.

Psalm 5:7-9

The first thing we should know is that the world is legislated by God, we are not really alone, although we can not see God this does not mean that there is no one governing us from the heavens. Even when God has conversations with Job, He hints at how He governs men from above. Dear brother, our God is not blind to the situations that happen in our world in the day to day, the judgments of God are just and one day we all have to give an account before the great tribunal of Christ.

That fearsome day of the Lord, He will judge all men, but that judgment will not be with injustice like the governors of the earth, since our God acts with justice and is refuge in time of anguish for the poor and afflicted.

Let us praise our God for His judgments and goodness, since everything He does He does with just judgment.

  1. The Bible say that our Lord Jesus Christ will judge the World with justice and truth. God’s people shall be judged also, since it is written to advice everyone of us so that we don’t forget that our God is love, and he is good, but as well he is severe.
    We are living by his grace, but we have a wicked heart which bow us to do evil and make harm to others.
    The fear or the Lord ought abide in ours minds and hearts because he knows well that we are doing and those thigs we should have done.

  2. Amen. Praise Jesus. Have mercy upon our soul Lord Jesus forgive us from all our unrighteousness. You are full of Grace Amen. Bless us with your Spirit in Jesus Name. Amen.
