Many people commit crimes, sins and have no mercy on others. God has no mercy on such people, even though He gives them the opportunity to repent in order to obtain mercy.

One whose heart is corrupt does not prosper;
one whose tongue is perverse falls into trouble.

Proverbs 17:20

We know that the most dangerous member of our body is the tongue, which destroys, puts danger wherever it comes, but we who know how to speak good things must teach others to speak good things, with our mouth we pronounce the blessings of the Lord , that when we speak, other people are edified and restored.

To have a fool for a child brings grief;
there is no joy for the parent of a godless fool.

Proverbs 17:21

When we raise our children and we do not teach them the good, then they will do things outside of the Lord’s grace, and this will happen because their parents did not bother to give them good manners, but they cared about things that were not more important to pay attention to their children, and this has as a consequence that children kill, steal, and do whatever comes to mind.

A cheerful heart is good medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

Proverbs 17:22

Let us recognize that everything we teach for our children’s good will be the fruit that we will see in them, but the one who does not teach the good will always be wrapped in sadness.

...
Forgive so you can be forgiven
Take delight in the Lord
