The Lord holds the hand of man

Are you beginning in Christianity? Are you forty years old being a Christian? Well, if you did not know it, you should know that the only thing that can keep us standing is the hand of God, it is not that we are strong, that we have a lot of knowledge, it is that for us to survive in a generation like this we have to be guided and sustained by the hand of God.

Are you dejected? Have you been fighting with your own strength during this long walk? Well, through this writing I urge you to hold on to the powerful hands of God. The people of Israel are a faithful example of this. When they tried to fight with their own strength, they failed, but when they put all their trust in God they always had victory in their hands. In the same way we have to have our hope put in our Creator and not in ourselves.

The Bible teaches:

23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord,
And He delights in his way.

24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down;
For the Lord upholds him with His hand.

25 I have been young, and now am old;
Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken,
Nor his descendants begging bread.

Psalm 37:23-25

God is the All of man, without God we can not do anything, we can not do even the simplest thing, His hands sustain us and guide us, but for this we must also stop trusting in ourselves.

The psalmist speaks here of something very important, He says: “Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down;
For the Lord upholds him with His hand”. This is what it is really about, when we fall down we understand that we have fallen because we are weak human beings, that with our own strength we will not get anywhere, but with the hand of God there are no limits.

“Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken,ย Nor his descendants begging bread.” God does not forsake the righteous, God does not abandon those who have put their trust in Him, hope in God never shames us. Let us place all our hearts in God and I assure you that we will never be abandoned by our beloved Creator.

...
If we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently
My God shall supply all your need
