There are times when discouragement comes to our spirit and we do not feel that God is with us, but it is not so, but we must believe every day that He is around us, and that He will take care of us and protect us in any situation that we face. Let us find, as it says in His Word in the book of Psalms:
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.
Psalm 23:1-3
When difficulties come to your life it is always good to think of the one who chose you and told you to come with all your burdens and make you rest, because if He called you He will strengthen you and take care of you whenever you are.
We can also see a biblical quote that Jesus said when He was leaving this earth.
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—
John 14:16
Here John explains to us, how Jesus tells us that He is leaving but that He would not leave us alone, but that He would send the Comforter to be with us always. It is good that we have pending that the Holy Spirit would be with us at all times, in anguish, hunger, pestilence, nakedness, and weakness.
When we are going through this kind of process, we should not faint because the Holy Spirit will always be with us because He will always comfort our spirit, and be with us until the end of the world.
Here I leave this biblical verse so that each day we reflect on everything that we have in our daily life, and that we bear in mind that Jesus is our Good Shepherd, and that He will continue being our good shepherd, that even though we are walking in a valley of shadow of death I will not fear because He will be with us always.
But let all who take refuge in you be glad;
let them ever sing for joy.
Spread your protection over them,
that those who love your name may rejoice in you.
