The Bible has always said that we must be very careful in deliberately sinning, of course, we constantly have struggles, that is why we have a lawyer who is our beloved Jesus, He is the one who gives us wisdom and hope.
It is good that we always submit to what the Word says, ask for the protection and care of the Lord, asking Him to give us strength because times are very difficult.
We must remember something very important, it is that only with the help of God can we remain on the path, be freed from the sin that beset us every day, overcome this flesh that insists that we appart from the Lord. If we sin, then let us not turn away from the Lord, rather go and humble ourselves before Him because He is our advocate, who will forgive us and help us along the way.
1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
1 John 2:1-3 (KJV)
The Lord sacrificed Himself on the cross of Calvary so that we would know that His love is great and that He can change our lives. So, let us walk upright before God, if His word abides in us, Christ Himself will abide in us.
