The woman who fears the Lord acts with great wisdom, is an obedient fighter to the Lord, is honored, is praised by others for her good behavior and for her dedication in the work of the Lord.
The fear of the Lord is what His grace and mercy always accompany her, because with the wisdom she obtains from on high she can take care of her home and her family.
Let’s see what the book of proverbs tells us about the God-fearing woman:
Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
Proverbs 31:30 (KJV)
The book of Proverbs is a book of verses that were written by a man whose wisdom was given by God Himself, because his wisdom and his deeds reached the ears of everyone everywhere. This verse that we saw earlier confirms what we said in the opening paragraphs of this article, and it is something that is repeated throughout the book of proverbs: The fear of the Lord gives us wisdom and helps us in our day to day life.
The woman who fears God, takes care of everything around her, walks carefully, ensures that the word of God is fulfilled in her house and in her life.
The woman who fears the Lord is always aware that God’s grace is on her and those around her. So, woman, keep that fear before the Lord, may His grace descend on you every day and be always manifested in you.
