Every one shall give account to God

The Bible tells us of a day when we will all appear before “the great tribunal of the white throne of Christ.” A day where every knee will bend and confess that Christ is the Lord. In that day there will be no great or small before God, since nothing and no one can compare with the radiance of His light and His holiness.

Many people today say that none of this is real, that there is no God, that we only exist and there is no more, but the truth is that one day we will all be face to face with God, for many it will be a fearsome day and for others it will be a big day.

The Bible says:

11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

Romans 14:11-13

All of us will give an account of ourselves one day before the sovereign God. There will be no excuses there, it will simply be the most fearsome and wonderful day for all humanity at the same time.

We give glory to God because we have been reached, but at the same time we ask for those who do not yet know God, who refuse to believe in Him. We ask that the merciful God pick them up and recognize that Christ is the Lord.

Ask, and it will be given to you
The Lord is with me as a mighty giant

  1. Every one shall give account to God
    ========================
In a world where most people deny the existence of God, where nobody wants to speak about a judgment of God in any way, the reality is manifested by God’s Word:
“For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.”
    Romans 14:11-12

We—that is, those who believe in a God and Lord of all, and who accept what the Holy Scripture teaches the world—yes, we wait in some way for that day of judgement, because then it will be confirmed that the Lord God reigns and Jesus Christ is the Lord, for the Father’s glory.

All children of God will celebrate that the enemies of God will be humiliated, and everyone shall be judged and will have to recognize their sins before the Lord Jesus Christ, and we too, since “every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God,” said the Lord.

We must give thanks to God because we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous, and He has justified us before the Father; he has covered our iniquities. We have been covered with justice and holiness by the sacrifice of our Lord on the Cross.

“My little children, these things write I to you, that you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.”
    1 John 2:1

May the name of Jesus Christ be praised for evermore.
