How many wonders has God done? The first thing is that they are innumerable, but we can mention some others: The wonder of God is remarkable for us from the moment in which the Bible tells us that God created the heavens and the earth, the sun, the moon, the stars, the animals, the seas, the fruits and the same human being. Only a powerful God can do these great wonders.
The Bible tells us about how God brought out with a strong hand from slavery His people Israel, how He divided the sea in two, how did great miracles, how held them in the desert for about 40 years, feeding them, even, their clothes aged with them, God supplied water from a rock. Also tells us of many victories that God gave to the people of Israel before their enemies, as He made rocks fall from heaven to give them the victory.
The Bible says:
49 for the Mighty One has done great things for me— holy is his name.
50 His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation.
Luke 1:49-50
We can also say the same, because the mercies of God have been very great in our lives and the most powerful is the change He has made in our lives, turning our heart of stone into one of flesh.
We hope that these great works that we can see through His Word continue to fill us with faith every day and we can continue trusting in our almighty God, and that we can share those wonders with everyone around us.
When we reflect deeply on the wonders of God, we realize that His works are not limited only to those great miracles narrated in the Scriptures, but that His hand continues to operate in the smallest and most ordinary details of our lives. The simple fact of waking up every morning, having breath in our lungs, the beauty of nature that surrounds us, the opportunities that arise, and the strength that God gives us in difficult times are also powerful manifestations of His greatness. Many times we overlook these daily blessings because we expect something extraordinary, but God is constantly showing His glory even in the ordinary.
In addition, one of the greatest wonders that God continues to perform is the transformation of the human heart. No scientific method, no philosophy, and no human effort can accomplish what the Spirit of God does when He regenerates a life. He takes people marked by pain, sin, fear, and hopelessness, and turns them into testimonies of His grace. This miracle of inner transformation continues to be one of the clearest evidences that God is alive and active, working in each generation just as He worked in ancient times.
When we contemplate the great things God has done, our faith strengthens. Remembering His wonders is not simply an exercise in admiration, but a source of encouragement for present and future challenges. Just as He opened the Red Sea, sustained His people in the desert, and showed mercy to countless men and women in the Bible, He also sustains us today in our own deserts, opens doors when everything seems closed, and brings light in the midst of our darkness. His power has not diminished, His love has not changed, and His presence continues to accompany all those who trust in Him.
Therefore, it is vital that we cultivate a grateful heart and intentionally remember the wonders that God has done. Sharing these testimonies with others also strengthens the faith of those who listen and serves as a reminder that God still works. Every story of deliverance, every answered prayer, and every moment of unexpected strength becomes a small window through which others can see the greatness of the Lord. May our lives be a continual testimony of His wonders, and may each day we find new reasons to glorify His holy name.
