Wide is the gate that leads to destruction

That spacious gate that leads to destruction is a gate that is in front of us and it is well accommodated and with all the luxuries of life.

The Bible speaks to us in several Biblical verses about the undoing of humanity and the salvation of men:

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Matthew 7:13

This verse is explaining to us why we should enter through the narrow gate, but if we study this book, Jesus here was referring to the wide gate as having all kinds of pleasures in the world, and this is what the enemy gives to the souls.

Satan will always look for ways to give you everything he can, everything you like, even what you have not tried. And he does this to destroy you, and to keep you away from God.

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Matthew 7:14

The path to follow Jesus becomes difficult, but He helps us to move forward. No matter what is presented before each one of us, if we believe in Jesus Christ, He will strengthen us. And so we will be sure that He will always be with us.

Jesus has a greater promise for our lives, and is giving us life and life in abundance. He will change our thoughts, He is eternal life, He is the Almighty, God fulfills everything He says.

It is good that we always think about following Jesus, and not separating from Him because He does not give you anything bad, everything that He gives is good. But the enemy gives you vanities to try to separate you from Christ and destroy you, satan knows that you are a valuable soul for God and that He did not send His son to die for all humanity in vain, and that is why he seeks the methods of making you sin so that your conscience will always accuse you. But he will not stay quiet until he is done with you.

If we want to enter through this narrow gate of which Jesus has spoken to us, then let us be obedient and walk in the right way, which is the way of salvation. Do not reject the Giver of life, He only wants to save us from the hunter’s ties. Jesus gives you the best, He gives you the right path to salvation. Only He can guide you to that place called the kingdom of heaven.

I am a Christian, but sometimes I can not feel God, is that normal?

God’s Will for men and women of this World is that they love each other and seek each other’s welfare, doing good to all. The way you want to be treated by others, even so you should treat others also. And we should separate ourselves from evil.
“Therefore all things whatever you would that men should do to you, do you even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.” (Matthew 7:1)

The Lord Jesus Christ teaches us that the purpose He had in giving us his Law was that he wants us to love people by our good behaviour: because not killing, not stealing, lying or coveting, and the fact of keeping a day of rest for the Lord, all these imply that you love your neighbour (if you respect the Law), and that you love God above all things. The prophets announced too what people must do to do God’s will.

Besides, Jesus tells us to strive to do good things for others, and to have a good behaviour although it is difficult for us, since we are prone to do evil things.
So we learn that the evil way, which is easy to go, leads us to destruction, to damnation.

“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat” Matthew 7:13

The Father’s will is for men and women to go to his Son Jesus Christ; and to confess their sins and receive Him. If they do that, He forgives them, and they can enter purified in his heavenly House
